Please follow the check out instructions on the website to place your order.  Once we have received your order, we will send you a Confirmation of order via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order.

All prices displayed on our website are all in £GBP.

We attempt to ensure that information on this website is as accurate and current as possible.  We reserve the right at any point to change prices, availability of product and descriptions of product at any time. At times there may be occasionally inaccurately displayed information or out of date. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of any special offers or sales periods and sale stock at any time

Delivery and shipping

All orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. We endeavour to send your package out within 1-2 days upon receipt; Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Packages can take 1-2 days to arrive. 

International Orders are shipped using standard shipping and are trackable. We are advised it takes 7-10 days for your order to arrive. We will supply you with the tracking number once the items have been shipped. 

Tracking your Order

Once orders that have been dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail reference number for your order.  


Spirited Clothing Returns Policy

We hope that you love the items you purchase but we know occasionally things can go wrong, so if there is something that isn’t right with what you’ve ordered please inform us. We will replace the product If the item that you received was:

1. Damaged or faulty
2. Not what you ordered

We will replace the item free of charge. However the items must be unused and have their tags still in place. We will not replace products where the tags have been removed. You have the option of the following:

1. Exact Replacement product (if available)
2. Replacing it with another product of the same value
3. Refund

Other Returns

You are able to return an item for any other reason but you are responsible for paying the additional shipping charges, so we recommend you choose your sizes carefully to avoid additional shipping charges.

Returning your product to us

Please contact us before you send any product back to us. In your correspondence with us please let us know the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. Your address
4. The reason for your return
5. Whether you would prefer a replacement product, credit note or refund (in the event of a faulty or wrongly sent item).

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have heard from you we will let you know the address to send the products back to and the procedure. Our email address is sales@spiritedclothes.com 


If you’d like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We try to be efficient and get your order out as soon as we are able, so it may be too late to cancel. In those cases we will inform you of the process that’s involved if you still wish to cancel your order.
